Everything a medical centre needs

Sixteen services. One team, or just the piece you need.

Most practice owners juggle an accreditation consultant, a cleaner, an IT company, a draftsperson, a builder, a recruiter and a marketing agency — and manage all of them. DocHelp can be that one team — our own cleaning crew, IT team, design, drafting and build teams, and operators who have run the rooms — or just the one specialist you are missing. Start with the service you need today. The rest is there if you ever want it.

Flagship · Accreditation & Compliance

RACGP 5th Edition today, 6th Edition ready. AGPAL, QPA and QIP. First-time accreditation, renewals, and failed-audit recovery in as little as two to three weeks. One hundred per cent pass rate across fifteen years — every centre, every cycle.

The difference

Most consultants advise.
We get our hands dirty.

Compliance documents and checklists don't pass accreditation, fill appointment books or keep good staff. Trained teams and working systems do. So we work alongside your people for the entire engagement — building the systems, then teaching them to maintain it.

01

We embed with your team

We don’t drop a manual on your desk and disappear. We come in, sit with reception, nurses and managers, and walk them through every scenario — weekends included when a deadline demands it.

02

We teach you to maintain it

The goal isn’t passing one audit or launching one campaign. It’s a team that keeps the practice compliant, profitable and full without needing us back every year.

03

We do everything in-house

Our own cleaning team, IT team, drafting, design and build teams. Floor plans, evacuation diagrams, policy manuals, servers, software configuration, training. No expensive third parties, no ten invoices.

04

We’re operators, not theorists

The founder oversees ten-plus medical centres today, on site and remotely, and has built and sold two from scratch. Every recommendation comes from running real practices this year — not a textbook.

Under way

New medical hub — Melbourne’s south-east

A brand-new, purpose-built centre going for first-time accreditation from a standing start: no signage, no nurse setup, an outdated clinical program. We are running the accreditation build, migrating to Best Practice with a new server, placing one of our trained nurses on site three days a week, and rebuilding the website and Google profile. Survey targeted for late 2026.

AGPAL survey preparation — inner-north Melbourne

Patient-facing evidence for an established practice: identification checks, after-hours arrangements and phone script, “you said, we did” feedback board, zero-tolerance policy, accreditation-day signage, with the policy set behind each one and the team walked through what the surveyors will ask.

Bp Premier templates library — Melbourne practice

Seven clinical templates built into the practice’s own Bp Premier with proper merge fields and pick-lists: 75+ health check, menopause health assessment, heart health check, two asthma action plans, commercial driver medical, new-patient health questionnaire. Built from the practice’s existing forms, not a generic pack.

We work with every billing model. Bulk-billing practices, mixed-billing and private clinics, and TAC and WorkCover-heavy centres — general practice, specialist rooms and allied health under one roof. The systems change with the model; the standard does not.

About DocHelp

Built by an operator, not a theorist.

Medical centres have been my professional environment for fifteen years. I started as a practice manager, worked my way up through operations roles, co-founded and sold two practices, and today I oversee ten-plus medical centres across Australia with twenty-plus managers and over forty reception staff reporting in.

DocHelp exists so a practice owner never has to outsource each job to a different company and then manage all of them. It's the operational standard we run in our own centres, brought to yours.

Common questions

Questions practice owners actually ask.

The short answers. Every service page has its own questions too.

What does DocHelp actually do?

DocHelp runs the operational side of medical centres so owners and doctors don’t have to. That covers RACGP, AGPAL, QPA and QIP accreditation; compliance documentation; our own RACGP-standard cleaning team; a full clinic audit of financials and productivity; practice setup and fitout; medical centre plans drafted in-house with design, renovation and build teams; our own IT team for servers, networks, Best Practice and Cubiko; pathology contracts and medical supplies at partner pricing; reception, nurse and practice manager training; staff and doctor recruitment including overseas-trained doctors; marketing; turning around struggling centres; and ongoing operations and advisory support. One team, embedded in your practice, instead of ten contractors.

Do you only work with practices in Melbourne?

We are based in Melbourne and do most on-site work across Melbourne and surrounds. We travel for the right engagement and support practices across Australia remotely — remote practice management, documentation, training and systems work all run well online.

How does the free practice audit work?

We spend two to three hours on site walking through your practice against the current RACGP Standards and the way it actually runs day to day. You get a written report listing every gap and risk we found. There is no obligation and no pitch — if you want help fixing what we found, we quote the scope.

How do you charge?

Accreditation engagements are typically 50% upfront and 50% on a successful accreditation result. Setup, training and rescue work is quoted as a project after the audit. Operations and advisory support is available as a monthly retainer. Every quote is based on what your practice actually needs, not a package.

Are you consultants?

Not in the usual sense. We don’t hand over a checklist and leave. We come into the practice, sit with reception, nurses and managers, write and implement the documentation ourselves, train the team, and stay until they can run it without us. The founder still oversees ten-plus medical centres today, so every recommendation comes from running real practices.
