In short: DocHelp offers a free, editable signage pack for general practices (accreditation posters, patient identification, you-said-we-did, zero tolerance, after-hours care sign and an after-hours phone message script) in PDF and Word.
Seven posters and signs plus the answering-machine script we use when preparing practices for RACGP accreditation, rewritten as templates with no practice details, in PDF to print and Word to edit. Enter your details once and everything unlocks.
Free · Editable · No practice names · Written for the RACGP Standards
The seven posters and signs and the after-hours phone script are free, in PDF and Word, plus a zip of the lot.
We have over 100 signs, and we can make signs for your practice with your logo on them, generally for free. We also have over 400 documents for accreditation on almost any topic, including the RACGP 6th edition. Tell us what you need in the form.
We give these away, and we give free advice to practices that ask. If the pack helped, we would appreciate a Google review. It really helps us.

Every file carries [bracketed] placeholders instead of a practice name, address or phone number. Replace them before printing. Outside Victoria, swap Nurse-on-Call for healthdirect 1800 022 222.
Yes. Enter your name, practice and email, and every file unlocks: PDF for printing and Word for editing. We ask for the email because we want to know who is using them, and because Jamal will send one follow-up offering the free on-site audit. No mailing list, no drip campaign.
That is the point. Every file has [PRACTICE NAME], [Address], [Phone] and similar placeholders. Open the Word version, replace the brackets, add your logo, print. The PDF is there for practices that just want to write the details in by hand and print today.
No. A sign is the visible part of a system. The 3-point identification poster needs reception actually asking; the you-said-we-did poster needs a feedback process behind it; the zero tolerance poster needs a policy and a duress procedure. Surveyors ask about the system. The posters are the evidence it exists, not a substitute for it.
Those are client materials. Samples of the Bp Premier Reference Manual, the practice manager checklists and the MBS cheat sheet are on the Best Practice page, and the full library comes with an engagement.
